Keeping your ACX or CPP credential current
You earned your credential through demonstrated capability. Keeping it active means showing — every three years — that you’re still practising, still learning, and still contributing to the CEMMethod® community.
Cycle is 3 years. Standard fee is US$295 (US$195 for community members).

All activities must be CEMMethod®-aligned. Internal-only work does not count for the content category.
How to renew — in five steps
- 1Track as you go
Use the renewal log on your candidate dashboard from the day you certify.
- 2Hit your annual floor
Six points per year, with three from live learning. The ACXA® Annual Advisor alone gets you there.
- 3Submit early
You can apply up to 365 days before your expiry — no time lost.
- 4Pay the renewal fee
US$295, or US$195 if you’re an active community member.
- 5Keep your evidence handy
10% of applications are audited at random; all Mentor-level (ACX) and Coach-level (CPP) renewals are audited every cycle.
What if you let it lapse?
Day 1–180 after expiry
Suspended. You can still reinstate by paying the late fee and submitting your points.
After 180 days
Permanently expired. You’ll need to re-attend the accreditation workshop for your level to regain the credential.
A few rules to remember
- No carryover — except up to 5 surplus points from live learning or applied work in the final 6 months of a cycle.
- Internal-only content doesn’t count for the content category — your work needs to benefit the broader CX/process community.
- Mentoring counts only when it’s outside your own immediate team — the point is to grow the wider community.
